Ordering from Lennox


Who can order off Lennox?

Trading businesses or educational institutions can purchase off Lennox, we do not ship to or supply private individuals.


Can I telephone an order?

Yes, please contact our customer service team between 9am to 1pm and 1.30pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday on 01 460 7600. To process orders we will need the company name, order number and shipping address. Please note you will need to be a registered customer before you submit the order.


Can I fax an order?

Yes, please fax your order to 01 450 7906. To process orders we will need the company name, order number and shipping address. Please note you will need to be a registered customer before you submit the order.


Can I order directly from your trade counter?

No, all orders must be submitted by email, fax, telephone or through the webstore.


How do I request a quote?

Please submit your quote to our customer service team, email customerservice(at)lennox.ie. To process quotes we will need the company name, order number and shipping address.


Can I request that you stock something I want?

Our aim is to provide you with all the products you need for your laboratory, if there is a specific request for a product we do not provide please contact our customer service team on customerservice(at)lennox.ie and they would be happy to look into for you.

Can I email an order?

Yes, please email your order to customerservice(at)lennox.ie, to process orders we will need the company name, order number and shipping address. Please note you will need to be a registered customer before you submit the order.


I am new to your online store. How do I register to use it?

You can sign up here at http://shop.lennox.ie/index.php?route=account/register. One of our customer service team members will register you and will get back to you with your account set up. If you haven’t received confirmation from our team within 2 business days, please contact them on 01 460 7600 or email customerservice(at)lennox.ie. Please note you must already have a credit account with us to register to use our online store.


What products are available to purchase through your online store?

Currently there is over 60,000 products available to purchase through our online store from Chemicals, Consumables, Glassware and Equipment products. We are constantly updating the website to provide a wide availability of products.


What payment methods are accepted through your online store?

You can pay by credit card through PayPal or if you have previously agreed credit terms with us you can create a Purchase Order.


Is your web store secured for online payments?

Yes, we only accept credit card payments through PayPal.


How do I find products on your website?

Products can be found in multiple ways on the site. You can browse by category, for example Chemicals, Consumables, Equipment, Glassware and Liquid handling. You can also search for the product using the product code if you have one by simply plugging it into the search bar. Products can also be found under search terms such as “glass beakers” and more specific search terms such as “50ml Glass beakers Lennox".


What if I can’t find the product I am looking for on your web store?

Please contact our dedicated customer service team on 01 460 7600 or email customerservice(at)lennox.ie. They will be happy to find the product for you if it is not listed on our web store.


Why are some products listed as POA?

The vast majority of products that are listed as POA are custom products. These need to be made to the customer's specification with help from the customer service team. Call Lennox on 01 460 7600 or email customerservice(at)lennox.ie to process your order.


What should I do if a product's price is listed as POA and I want to order?

If something in the store is listed as POA, you can call Lennox on 01 460 7600 or email customerservice(at)lennox.ie to get in touch with a customer service team member or product manager who can help you with your order.


How do I compare products?

When browsing items on the store you can add a product to the comparison list on the right side of the page titled "Add to Compare". You can add up to four products to the list to compare with one another.


What information is compared between products?

Basic information including price, model number, brand, and availability is compared between every product. More technical products like equipment will feature specification which will allow you to compare similar products in order to find the right one for you.


Does the prices on the store include VAT?

No, the prices seen on the store do not include VAT. The price including VAT can be seen when you add items to your shopping cart. Current VAT is 23%.

Can I filter my searches?

If you would like to refine your search, you can choose subcategories following the initial search results by clicking the dropdown menu. Lennox currently has over 60,000 products in its online store and that number is steadily growing.

Can I print off a copy of my online order?

Yes, just go to your account page and you will be able to print it from there.

  

 

 

Delivery Information


Can we collect orders?

Yes certain products can be collected from our head office and ware house in Dublin. Certain goods such as Hazardous Chemicals cannot be collected as they need to be transported by a Hazchem licenced vehicle. Please contact our customer service team on 01 460 7600 or email customerservice(at)lennox.ie to discuss collection queries.


How long will delivery take if I order an item that is in stock?

Between one and two business days.


How long will delivery take if I order an item that is not in stock?

Nonstock items can take between ten and fourteen business days depending that the supplier has stock of the product, if delivery will be longer than this you will be notified by one of our customer service team members.


Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, on orders under €250 ex VAT a delivery charge will apply, please contact our dedicated customer service team on 01 460 7600 or email customerservice(at)lennox.ie and they will advise you on shipping charges. For orders over €250 ex VAT shipping is free.


Does Lennox deliver outside of Ireland?

No, Lennox only distributes throughout the Island of Ireland.
