A highly qualified engineering manager with over 20 years’ experience working with medical devices. He brings a wealth of experience, innovation and leadership to the service team. Ken, fully understanding the importance of after sales service and support, has worked closely with customers, patients, manufacturing & R&D teams in the medical sector across Ireland and at a Global level over the years. He will ensure the customers voice is heard and that they, at all times, get a top class service from his team who collectively have over 100 years of experience.
Joe - Service Manager
Our Technical Service Manager has been with Lennox Laboratory Supplies since 1979. Under his stewardship, he has built up a strong team of engineers who are fully capable of dealing with all the varying requests from our customers in an ever-evolving market. Over the years he has built up many personal relationships with customers who appreciate his open communication and problem solving skills. He has extensive experience of and is constantly updating, along with his team of service engineers, on the technical advancements of a wide range of key laboratory instrumentation necessary to stay at the forefront of technical services.
Derek - Service Engineer
With over 35 years’ service at Lennox, Derek has a wealth of technical experience and product knowledge and always pays meticulous attention to detail when serving our customers needs in repair, maintenance and calibration. Through his long experience in providing in-depth technical support he has built strong, lasting and trusting relationships with our customers. As a result of which customers trust and value his opinion greatly around laboratory setup and product selection.
At Lennox, we aim to offer an exceptional after sales experience and believe that any chance to communicate with our customers is beneficial, as it affords us the opportunity to obtain valuable feedback, enabling us to continuously improve our processes.
Lennox is an authorised service centre for many of the largest global brands. We maintain a large stock of replacement parts for the equipment that we sell, and also source and install spare parts for a wide range of other equipment. Our engineers are trained by the manufacturer and fully qualified to repair and service the most technical of laboratory equipment. We can service or repair equipment at your location and can include calibration after repair - thus negating the need to arrange a separate follow up calibration call. In some cases, it may be more practical to return items to our Service Department for repair, and in this instance, we ensure prompt and efficient resolution.

In the long term this will benefit your organisation by maintaining fully optimised equipment as well as keeping capital spend to a minimum.
To protect the health and safety of our engineers, for all in-house work carried out, we require that a Decontamination Certificate be completed outlining a brief description of the fault.
