Position: Customer Service Team / Permanent Full Time


General Position Description

Attracts and serves customers by providing product and service information, suggesting alternatives, resolving product and service problems.

  1. Team members ensure that customers receive outstanding service with a friendly professional attitude, greeting each customer, maintain complete product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
  2. Perform various activities, including giving prices, producing and communicating quotations, receiving and processing customer orders including trade counter sales/reports, dealing with product repair/calibration requests and enquiries.
  3. Assist customers in locating and identifying product information on website.
  4. Handle, investigate and resolve customer problems and complaints, respond to data requests and general enquiries.
  5. Requires working knowledge of company price list and pricing policies, in order to quote prices to customers by phone immediately, and properly quote larger, more detailed requests and tenders.
  6. Respond to public sector and other tender requests complying with all sections by using, updating and modifying Lennox standardised tender response document.
  7. Initiate activity, pricing and provide corresponding detailed paperwork for follow through and invoicing by warehouse and finance staff.
  8. Cooperate with implementation of pricing systems, especially with large/unusual quotes.
  9. Maintain and build long term relationships with account portfolio via phone calls, emails, promotions, satisfaction quality follow up and market research questionnaires.
  10. Recognition and sharing of all potential leads to Territory Managers/Sales Engineers and Sales Management.
  11. Act as a liaison between customers, purchasing and sales staff, follow up and consulting on specialty work, larger orders, projects correctly, on time and instructions and time frames from clients.
  12. Provide support services to Territory Managers/Sales Engineers, Sales Manager and Marketing when requested.
  13. Additional duties as assigned by Customer Service Team Leader.
