The two years have been a real time of change. At Lennox, this has given us the opportunity to re-examine our business. We have refined, reinvested and rebuilt our offerings. As part of this, we have expanded our current services to help our customers address the risks associated with Covid-19. In particular, our Technical Services Department (TSD) has put an increased emphasis on remote solutions, wherever possible, to resolve customer issues.

As well as helping our customers maintain social distancing by lowering the need for on-site visits, these flexible remote solutions also reduce costs and increase productivity while ensuring complete compliance.

We have expanded our range of wireless logging calibration equipment, from ultra-low freezers all the way through to ovens and furnaces including autoclave, sterilizers and incubators. We have also increased our temperature and relative humidity calibration capabilities.

A key feature of our enhanced offering is our Self-Assessment Calibration. We will send you pre-calibrated loggers on a rental basis. You simply place them in the unit requiring calibration and then send them back to Lennox TSD. We will then issue the calibration certificate.
