The Lennox Customer Service Process 

To ensure top-quality customer satisfaction, we work closely with our customers from beginning to end of every process. Leveraging our expertise, we can offer technical advice from our product specialists and site surveys to create quotes that are not only fully transparent, but answer every detail and provide real value and insights. Our team will then process the order, maintain contact with the customer on delivery updates, and organise personalised delivery from our in-house delivery team who provide the end-to-end excellence that our customers expect from Lennox. 

Each of our customers is assigned a dedicated Business Support and Area Business Manager (ABM) point of contact who will provide a streamlined feed of information as well as the peace-of-mind that comes with a trusting relationship with their account support. Behind the scenes, each of our Business Support and ABM pairings have daily check-ins and communication channels to ensure the customer’s needs are being met across all areas, as well as identifying any potential issues and ways that we can bring added value.  

Customer Satisfaction Survey | Ensuring Our Customers Are Heard 

To ensure our customers are consistently supported and that our activities and processes are aligned with their needs, we invite them to take part in Customer Satisfaction Surveys. This allows us to identify potential issues or challenges and remedy them before they can become problematic. Our in-house delivery team was established in response to challenges posed by third-party delivery services. With our fleet of 9 vehicles ready to deliver nationwide and a dedicated customer care line, you can rest assured that you will have what you need on time.  

The Lennox Vendor Management Inventory  

Our VMI (vendor management inventory) system is an innovative and agile solution that provides our customers with real-time information and insights, improving the efficiency of their businesses and reducing costs. The VMI system can provide information on a range of items including stock quantities, locations, certifications of analysis, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and more. The system is also fully customisable, so customers who have specific measurement parameters can build these into the system and create unique reports. Our barcode scanning features allow orders to be built automatically, generating greater efficiencies for teams.
