Lennox is delighted to launch its charity cookbook, From Work to Table, with all proceeds going directly to its charity partners for 2021, The Jack and Jill Foundation and Core Youth Services.

Available to purchase directly from Lennox and its charity partners, the cookbook features an array of recipes that have been tried, tested and loved by employees from Lennox. Each dish has been accompanied by a wine pairing recommendation provided by La Touche Wines.

All money raised through sales of the cookbook will be split between both charities. This will directly contribute to the work carried out by the Jack and Jill Foundation which offers care and support to children with severe neurological development issues and their families; and Core Youth Service which provides non-formal education, individual and group work support, plus a range of indoor and outdoor activities for young people from Inchicore and surrounding areas.

Leslie Brett, CEO of Lennox said; “At Lennox, we are passionate about supporting those people and organisations that make our community stronger. Throughout the year we have been raising funds for both of our worthy charity partners, The Jack and Jill Foundation and Core Youth Services. Purchasing the cookbook will ensure that both these  charities will receive necessary funds  so that they can continue to support their communities. A special thanks to everyone at Lennox for contributing their favourite recipes and we hope everyone enjoys bringing them to life.”

The cookbooks are available for €10 in either PDF or hard copy which will carry an additional charge. If you are interested in purchasing a cookbook all queries can be directed to cookbook@lennox.ie
