The last few months have been a real time of change, and the team at Lennox is no exception. We have taken the opportunity during the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions to examine ourselves and refine, re-invest and rebuild our offerings.

As part of this rebuild, we have expanded our current services to help our customers address the risks associated with Covid-19. In particular, our Technical Services Department (TSD) has put an increased emphasis on remote solutions, wherever possible, to resolve customer issues.

As well as helping our customers maintain social distancing by lowering the need for on-site visits, these flexible remote solutions also reduce costs and increase productivity while ensuring complete compliance.

We have expanded our range of wireless logging calibration equipment, from ultra-low freezers all the way through to ovens and furnaces, including autoclave, sterilizers and incubators. We have also increased our temperature and relative humidity calibration capabilities.

A key feature of our enhanced offering is our Self-Assessment Calibration. We will send you pre-calibrated loggers. You simply place them in the unit requiring calibration and send them back to Lennox TSD. We will then issue the calibration certificate.
