High speed shaker/vortex for microplates and microtubes with 4 accessory platforms

The MPS-1K microplate and microtube shaker provides reliable, regulated shaking and vortexing for 0.2ml to 50ml. With a speed range of 300 to 3,200 rpm, the MPS-1K can be adjusted to suit the application - gentle shaking or more vigorous agitation for effective aeration across the small surface area of each of the wells. Suitable for mixing of a wide range of biological and chemical components in many life science disciplines including microbiology, cell and molecular biology, immunology and biotechnology. A choice of different platform inserts allows single tube vortexing to 50ml, multiple microtube shaking from 0.2ml to 2ml, unskirted and semi-skirted PCR plates, standard and deepwell plates an easy ‘click in’ system avoids using any tools and keeps the plates securely in position. Easy to read LCD display clearly indicates the set and actual speed, time and programme. Simple custom or 4 preset speeds can be set to adjust the speed to suit the application:- this includes a saw-tooth pulse programme. Timer, with automatic switch-off and audible alarm: 1-60 min. Ambient temperature range: 4 to 40˚C.
